Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

1. Allergic Reaction: If you experience a serious allergic reaction or skin sensitivity to any of our products, please contact us immediately. We take allergic reactions seriously and will issue a full refund within 7 days of receiving your returned item.
2. Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly replace the damaged item with a new one at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

In the event that you receive a broken or defective product, we will accept returns for exchange only. You may exchange the item for the same product or choose an alternative product of equal value. Please contact us to arrange the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

Missing Parcels

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we are not responsible for lost or missing parcels once they have been shipped. If your parcel goes missing in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
